Order Status

Blooms Gifts understands there is emotion attached to the gesture of sending a gift to a friend or loved one. We recognize the importance of knowing if your order has been delivered successfully and will support you with every element of this process.

Every order will receive an emailed UPS order tracking number. This allows you to track the status of your package throughout the delivery process. Once we receive notice that an order has been delivered, an email update is then automatically sent to you, so you can rest assured that your recipient has received their gift.

Please note, each delivery method functions on a separate time line. To better understand how your delivery confirmation will be obtained, please review the following guidelines to see how much time is necessary before a delivery confirmation can be obtained.

Delivery Guidelines

Gift orders are shipped by UPS Monday through Friday. Ground delivery is 3-5 business days. Next-Day and Two-Day delivery orders must placed before 1:00pm EST Monday through Friday for next day and two day service. Orders placed after 2pm EST will be shipped the following business day. Saturday delivery is available in most locations. During peak holiday periods, cut off times for placing orders may vary. Continental US delivery only. Not available to PO boxes, APO/FPO, AK/HI/PR.

UPS shipments have no time guarantee and a signature is not required. The UPS carrier may leave the package if no one is available to accept the delivery. All orders will have a UPS tracking number associated with it to update you on the progress and status of your delivery.
